Orders placed before 2pm on business days are dispatched the same day. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within Peninsular Malaysia.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — if your order has not yet been dispatched. WhatsApp us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the change.

Do you ship to East Malaysia?

Yes, we ship nationwide. Delivery to Sabah and Sarawak typically takes 3–5 business days. WhatsApp us for exact shipping costs.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy (60 days for Category C). If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us via WhatsApp and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
